The structure of the normalizers of maximal tori in groups of Lie type
Maximal tori play an important role both in linear algebraic groups and in finite groups of Lie type. In particular, they appear in the representation theory of groups of Lie type and occupy a central place in Kazhdan-Lusztig theory. They also arise in the study of various problems related to subgroup structure, since every semisimple element of a group of Lie type is always contained in some maximal torus.It is well known that the normalizer of a maximal torus is an extension of the maximal torus by the Weyl group. The problem of splitting the normalizer of a maximal torus was first formulated by Jacques Tits in 1966. In this talk, we will discuss the solution to this problem, as well as related problems concerning the structure of the normalizer of a maximal torus.

Fueter Theorems for Biaxial Dunkl Monogenic Functions
In this talk, Fueter theorems for biaxial Dunkl monogenic functions are discussed. First, the Fueter theorem is proved for the case involving a Dunkl monogenic polynomial factor. Subsequently, this result is extended to accommodate a general polynomial factor. Finally, by combining the Funk-Hecke formula, an alternative formulation of the Fueter theorem is presented.

On intersecting families with covering number $3$
The covering number of a family $\mathcal{F}$ is the size of the smallest set that intersects every set in the family, denoted by $\tau(\mathcal{F})$.For $1 \leq p \leq k-2$, define\[\mathcal{B}_p = \{[2,k] \cup \{j\} : k+1 \leq j \leq k+p+1\} \cup \{[k+1, 2k]\},\]\[\mathcal{A}_p = \left\{ A \in \binom{[n]}{k} : 1 \in A, \text{ and } A \cap B \neq \emptyset \text{ for each } B \in \mathcal{B}_p \right\}\]and\[\mathcal{G}_p(n,k) = \mathcal{A}_p \cup \mathcal{B}_p.\]In this talk, we prove that for $n > 2k$ and $k \geq 4$, if $\mathcal{F}$ is a maximal intersecting family in $\binom{[n]}{k}$ with $\tau(\mathcal{F}) \geq 3$ and\[|\mathcal{F}| \geq |\mathcal{G}_2(n,k)|,\]then $\mathcal{F} \cong \mathcal{G}_1(n,k)$ or $\mathcal{F} \cong \mathcal{G}_2(n,k)$.This generalizes the results obtained by Kupavskii, Frankl and Wang, respectively.

The intersection of enumerative combinatorics with coding theory, mathematical biology, and number theory
I will present three instances of the intersection of Enumerative Combinatoricswith Coding Theory, Mathematical Biology, and Number Theory:1. Constrained Coding Bounds via Goulden–Jackson Cluster Theorem.2. Proof of a conjecture on tree-child networks proposed by Pons and Batle via Young tableaux with walls.3. Arithmetic of tangent numbers and binomial-secant numbers via combinatorial identities and the Kummer p-adic Theorem.

A new result associated with Van Hamme's (H.2) supercongruence
In 2020, Mao and Pan proved a nice result associated with Van Hamme's (H.2) supercongruence. In the same year, Guo and Zudilin supplied a generalization of Mao and Pan's formula. With the help of the q-Dixon formula, the creative microscoping method, and the Chinese remainder theorem for coprime polynomials, we shall establish a q-supercongruence modulo the third power of a cyclotomic polynomial. When q→1, it produces the corresponding generalization of Guo and Zudilin's supercongruence in the $p\equiv3\pmod 4$ case.
